Project Overview

POSX is a feature-rich, business-focused Mobile POS and Inventory Management platform engineered to meet the operational requirements of modern mobile phone retailers and accessory businesses. The system was designed to eliminate manual record keeping and fragmented workflows by delivering a centralized solution capable of handling sales, inventory, suppliers, finances, and user management in a single powerful environment.

The software supports complete inventory control for both new and used mobile phones along with accessories management. Store owners can efficiently organize stock records, product details, pricing structures, quantities, and device information while maintaining accurate business data in realtime.

One of the key innovations of the platform is the integrated realtime IMEI scanning functionality. Using a mobile device connected directly to the web application, users can instantly scan and transfer IMEI numbers into the system without manual entry, reducing human error and significantly increasing workflow efficiency during product registration, sales, and inventory handling.

POSX also includes a complete Point of Sale system equipped with billing, invoice generation, printable receipts, sales tracking, and returns management. Businesses can process customer purchases quickly while maintaining accurate transactional records and sales history.

To strengthen financial management capabilities, the project includes a full supplier management module featuring supplier profiles, supplier ledger tracking, payment recording, payable/receivable management, and transaction monitoring. The system provides a complete installment management solution for businesses offering mobile devices on installment plans. Users can create installment agreements, monitor payment schedules, track balances, manage customer records, and maintain transparent financial reporting for installment-based sales.

Security and operational control are enhanced through a robust multi-user role and permission system. Administrators can assign different access levels to employees, ensuring secure business management while controlling module visibility and operational permissions according to organizational roles.
