By accessing or using the services provided by CODEX IT SOLUTIONS, a brand of CODEXCLOUD (SMC PVT LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
CODEX IT SOLUTIONS provides website development, mobile application development, custom software solutions, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project will be defined in a separate project proposal or service agreement.
You agree to:
Upon full payment for services, we assign to you all intellectual property rights to the custom work product specifically developed for your project. We retain the right to use any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and acceptable methods, will be specified in the project proposal or service agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. We are happy to sign NDAs upon request.
CODEX IT SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Bug fixes and minor adjustments are covered for 30 days after project delivery. Major modifications or new features are outside the warranty scope.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will deliver all work product completed to date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation or the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
